Cancellation policy :

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Standard booking :

•Until 30 days before day of arrival : no costs;
•Less than 30 days before day of arrival: 50% of the total stay;
•Reservations cancelled less than 15 days before day of arrival,
no-show or curtailment of the stay will result in 100% of the total stay being withheld. 

Special offer - no restitution (is mentioned on your booking) 

Cancellation fee is equal to cost of 100.00 percent of total stay booked. This rate is not refundable and not changeable. A non refundable deposit at the time of booking is required for this rate. Required deposit is equal to cost of 100.00 percent of total stay booked.

It is recommended to take a travel insurance.

Hotel closed :
from January 19th till 29th 2012, open on 30th from 3 pm onwards.
from March 4th till 8th 2012, open on 9th from 3 pm onwards.
from June 24th till July 4th 2012, open on 5th from 3 pm onwards.
from July 30th until August 1st 2012, open on 2nd from 3 pm onwards. 
from November 12th till 22nd 2012, open on 23rd from 3pm onwards.
Minimum stay apply on (holiday) weekends
